Bahan-bahan Crispy Pork Belly
- Siapkan 350 gram of pork belly.
- Gunakan of Garam.
- Siapkan of Merica bubuk.
- Dibutuhkan of Cuka masak.
- Gunakan 3 siung of bawang putih.

Langkah-langkah membuat Crispy Pork Belly
- Rebus pork belly di air mendidih selama 10 menit. Lalu tiriskan.
- Campur garam, merica bubuk dan bawang putih yg dihaluskan.
- Iris daging bagian dalam (jgn smpe kena kulit).
- Lalu campurkan bumbu ke bagian daging, hanya daging/lemak saja.
- Bersihkan permukaan kulit dg tissue lalu tusuk permukaan kulit (hanya kulit saja) dg jarum/penusuk daging/pisau. Dan taburi sedikit saja garam.
- Simpan dalam wadah trbuka di kulkas selama semalaman agar kulitnya kering.
- Jika hendak dimasak, kluarkan daging, taburi banyak garam diatas kulit(jgn smpe kena daging).
- Lalu masukan ke dalam oven yg sudah dipanaskan trlebih dahulu, panggang dg api bawah dg suhu 200dc selama 1 jam.
- Setelah 1 jam kluarkan daging lalu bersihkan bagian garam.
- Olesi bagian kulit dg cuka masak, lalu panggang lg dg suhu sama tetapi dg api atas bawah.
- Jika bagian bawah sudah dirasa cukup matang, biarkan cm menggunakan api atas, nnti kan ada asap dan letupan dari kulitnya.
- Masak selama 30-45. Menit tergantung masing2 oven.
- Kluarkan dr oven, tunggu agak dingin lalu potong2.
- Siap dinikmati.
