- 5. Spray olive oil secukup nya ke teflon dan nyalain kompor pake api sedang, kalo kalian punya oven bisa pake oven. Panggang pake suhu 180 celcius waktunya sekitar 20 - 25 menit pake api atas & bawah ya..
- PENTING! Olive oil dan coconut oil gaboleh dipanasin sampe suhu tinggi apalagi kalo sampe berasap teflon nya, nanti kandungan yg sehat nya jadi hilang malah ganti jadi zat-zat yg gabaik. Jadi tetep pake suhu rendah/sedang ya gpp agak lama yg penting sehat..
- 6. Kalo teflon udah agak panas masukin ayamnya, kira-kira 5 menit aku spray lagi minyak nya abis itu balik deh. Tunggu sampe ayam mateng dan tepung nya berubah jadi coklat. Kalo mau tau ayamnya mateng apa engga tusuk aja sedikit pake garpu/tusuk gigi..
