- Diperlukan 3 Kg of Pork Samchan (Pork dengan lapisan Kulit, Lemak, Daging) saya pakai bagian perut.
- Gunakan 20 Buah of Bawang Putih.
- Siapkan 3 Sdt of Ngohiong (Homemade).
- Gunakan 1 Sdm of Ketumbar.
- Diperlukan 3 Sdm of Garam.
- Diperlukan 1 Sdm of Lada.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 Cup of Garam (Untuk Olesan Kulit Samchan).
- Sediakan Secukupnya of Rice Vinegar.

Cara membuat Pork Crispy
- Cuci Samchan, Rebus, Tiriskan dan Sayat pada bagian Daging dan Kulit dengan jarak 2 cm tiap sayatan agar Bumbu meresap (Jangan sampai terpotong)..
- Haluskan Bawang Putih, Ngohiong, Ketumbar, lada dan Garam..
- Oleskan bumbu halus pada bagian Daging dan Kulit..
- Masukan Samchan kedalam kulkas dan biarkan 6 jam atau semalaman, agar bumbu meresap..
- Oles Kulit Samchan dengan Vinegar, Oven dengan suhu 250 C dengan posisi kulit menghadap ke atas selama 1/2 Jam, Ulangi Olesan tiap 15 menit sebanyak 3-4 kali..
- Angkat Samchan dari oven dan Goreng supaya kulitnya makin merekah dan garing..
- Potong dan Sajikan..
