Place barbecue sauce and coating mix in separate pie plates or shallow dishes. Dip chicken in barbecue sauce, then in coating mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece. - Pelengkap. Wortel & buncis potong dadu atau sesuai selera. Rebus dgn sedikit garam/kukus wortel buncis jagung pipil hingga matang/sesuai keinginan. Angkat.
- Ayam krispi. Campur terigu, maizena, garam lada bubuk kaldu jamur secukupnya (lalu aduk). Kocok lepas telor ayam. Balurkan ayam yg sudah dibumbui tadi ke adonan tepung, lalu ke kocokan telur, kemudian ke adonan tepung lagi lalu cubit2 ayam agar kriwil. Panaskan minyak diwajan, lalu goreng ayam hingga matang..
- Potato wedges. Cuci bersih kentang tanpa dikupas. Bersihkan pake sikat sampai bersih. Lalu potong sesuai selera, rebus/kukus sampai 1/2matang. Angkat. Kemudian beri bumbu garam oregano lada hitam bubuk, diamkan hingga meresap. Siapkan teflon, oles teflon dgn minyak asal saja.
