- Ditempat terpisah, lelehkan butter dgn api kecil, kemudian masukkan saos tomat, saos tiram, kecap manis, lalu cek rasa..
- Sth rasa pas, maka masukkan sayap ayam, aduk rata dgn saus..
- Sajikan selagi hangat.
