- Diperlukan 4 siung of bawang putih.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt of bubuk ngohiong.
- Gunakan 1 sdm of cabai bubuk.

I am always trying to find ways and information for a better result and trying to understand how every step. The meat men really wouldnt be meatmen without cooking MEAT, so we decided one day to do a FULL meat power dish that many people can enjoy!
Cara memasak Siobak/ crispy pork belly
- Tusuk2 kulit babi dengan garpu atau pisau jangan sampai terlalu dalam.
- Oles kan perasan jeruk nipis, cabai bubuk, bawang bubuk, lada, angciu, bumbu ngohiong pada bagian daging.
- Buat lubang sayatan pada bagian samping lalu masukan bawang putih agar wangi meresap.
- Lap sampai kering bagian kulit, jangan ada bumbu atau air menempel, lalu balurkan cuka dan tuang garam di atas permukaan kulit sampai semua tertutup garam, dan diamkan di kulkas seharian.
- Panggang di oven dengan api 200 c selama 1 jam di rak bawah.
- Setelah 1 jam buang garam di atas kulit sampai bersih lalu olesi cuka di atas kulit dan panggang sekali lagi dengan api atas 250 C selama 15 menit.
- Setelah matang jika ada bagian kulit yang gosong kerok dengan pisau, lalu diamkan 30 menit sampai agak dingin, dan potong potong sesuai selera, siobak siap di hidangkan.
