- Panaskan wajan, beri sedikit minyak (bisa juga tdk pakai minyak), tumis irisan lapchiong, atau bisa juga di air fryer. Setelah cukup layu n harum, angkat, sisihkan.
- Iris tipis agak lebar, babi panggang/siobak, pastikan kulitnya masih crispy, sehingga ketika dimakan masih ada garing2nya. Klo Kulitnya tdk garing, panggang di oven sebentar.
- Bawang bombay, iris tipis, rendam dlm air yang diberi es batu ± 10 menit supaya bau nya hilang.
- Rumpun daun seledri, (daunnya saja tdk dgn batangnya ya), iris2 sedang, saya pakai daun seledri import yg muda2, krn seledri lokal pahit rasanya. Kalau tdk ada, iris sedang daun ketumbar.
- Cabai hijau buang bijinya, iris, haluskan (kalau suka pedas, tambahkan rawit merah/hijau yg sdh dihaluskan).
- Dalam wadah mangkuk besar, masukkan gula pasir, kecap ikan, air jeruk nipis, cabai hijau halus, aduk2 hingga gula larut. Cicipi hingga pas manis asam asinnya..
- Masukkan lapchiong, babi panggang, bawang bombay, irisan seledri, aduk rata.
- Hidangkan sebagai makanan pembuka, cuma digadoin begitu aja atau bisa juga makan dengan nasi hangat.
