  8. Siapkan secukupnya of Air (buat rebus kentang).
  9. Gunakan of secekupny Paprika Powder (optional).

  1. Langkah pertama : siapkan air, masukan kentang lalu rebus terlebih dahulu smpai mulai matang lalu matikan apiny. angkat kentangnya — kalo saat rebus kentangny mau pakai sedikit garam jg boleh..
  2. Keringkan kentangnya. biar ga nyiprat pas kena minyak ~ bisa jg d rebus malam paginy baru d masak ya....
  3. Panaskan panci (ku pake teflon ya), masukan sedikit Ghee Butter, masak sosis smpai mulai crispy sedikit. kalau sudah crispy lalu angkat sosisnya dan taruh dahulu di piring..
  4. Setelah semua sosisny terangkat masukan bawang bombay, tumis bawanny sampai mulai terlihat transparan lalu angkat bawang bombaynya. (kalau tralu kering blh tmbahin lg dkit butterny).
  5. Stlh semua terngakat tambahkan Ghee Butter dan lelehkan dlu lalu masukan kentangnya, goreng kentang smpai mulai kecoklatan di dua sisinya. kalo minyaknya kira” kebanyakan di keluarin dlu ya biar ga tralu greasy..
  6. Stlh kentang mulai kecoklatan, masukan bawang bombay dan juga baconnya, aduk rata. lalu bumbui dengan garam dan juga lada — aduk rata lalu koreksi rasa (ku tmbahin sdkt paprika powder). stlh sdh oke rasanya bisa d sajikan deh.. jgn lupa d garnish dengan cincangan fresh parsley biar lbh terlihat segar ~ jadi dehh....
