Langkah-langkah membuat Chicken katsu crunchy/ayam katsu renyah
- Siapkan semua bahan, uleg bumbu hingga halus, sisihkan. Cuci bersih ayam. Lalu lumuri dgn bumbu halus dan beri perasan lemon,lalu diamkan kurleb 15 menit. Kocok telur ke dlm mangkok. Di wadah lain,campurkan semua tepung kecuali tepung roti, beri garam dan kaldu jamur. Aduk hingga rata.
