In Black Pepper Chicken, chicken is not deep fried rather marinated and pouched which is called "silken-ed" in Asian cuisine.

Bahan Chicken Crispy Blackpepper
- Gunakan 1/2 kg of ayam (sayap).
- Dibutuhkan 2 siung of bawang putih (haluskan).
- Dibutuhkan 1 siung of bawang bombay (potong memanjang).
- Diperlukan 5 of cabai kecil (optional).
- Sediakan of gula - garam - merica (sesuaikan selera).
- Diperlukan 1 sachet of bumbu lada hitam instan (bisa pake saori / boemboe).
- Sediakan 100 gr of tepung bumbu instan.

Cara memasak Chicken Crispy Blackpepper
- Rebus ayam hingga matang, beri 1 sdm garam, 1 sdt merica.
- Setelah matang, dinginkan.. lalu potong sayap ayam jadi potongan kecil (biasanya jadi 2).
- Buat adonan tepung menjadi 2, adonan basah + adonan kering, lalu goreng ayam hingga matang.. setelah ditiriskan, goreng ayam sekali lagi agar teksturnya padat.
- Panaskan teflon, masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombay, cabe hingga harum, masukkan bumbu instan lada hitam, tumis hingga matang, beri sedikit air agar tidak terlalu kental...
- Tambahkan garam+gula+merica, koreksi rasa.. masukkan ayam goreng, aduk hingga bumbu tercampur rata dengan ayam, atau bisa juga disiramkan diatas ayam yg sudah ditata...
