Bahan-bahan Almond Crispy
- Sediakan 4 butir of putih telur.
- Sediakan 120 gr of gula halus.
- Sediakan 1 sdt of garam.
- Diperlukan 50 gr of almond bubuk ayak.
- Siapkan 50 gr of tepung maizena ayak.
- Gunakan 100 gr of terigu kunci biru ayak.
- Diperlukan 100 gr of unsalted butter (cairkan).
In a large bowl, cream the shortening, and sugar. Separate the eggs and refrigerate the whites. Mix in the egg yolks and almond extract. Dissolve the baking soda in the water, and stir into the mixture along with the milk.
Cara memasak Almond Crispy
- Kocok putih telur, gula halus sampai berbusa.
- Masukkan tepung,almond aduk rata lalu masukkan mentega cair..
- Lalu tuang adonan cetak di kertas roti (bysax ada djual cetakan almond crispy) kl tdk ada cetak dgn pinggiran gelas biar sama besarx lalu dgn menggunakan punggung sendok di ratakan setipis mungkin.
- Sambil panaskan oven lakukan adonan habis beri topping atas adonan saya pake kacang almond dan keju lalu masukkan ke oven panggang slm 15menit dgn suhu 150'C sesuai dgn oven masing2 ya.
