- Siapkan 1/4 sdt of vanilla bubuk.
- Sediakan Secukupnya of kacang almond.
In a large bowl, cream the shortening, and sugar. Separate the eggs and refrigerate the whites. Mix in the egg yolks and almond extract. Dissolve the baking soda in the water, and stir into the mixture along with the milk.
Cara memasak Almond Crispy
- Mixer gula halus dan putih telur hingga stiff peak.
- Masukkan tepung terigu. Aduk balik menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata. Lalu tambahkan margarin cair. Aduk balik lagi hingga rata.
- Cetak di loyang yg di alasi baking paper. Me : baking paper d oles margarin tipis2 biar nda lengket2 amet. Lalu beri toping almond.
- Oven dengan suhu 160° selama +-10 menitan. Di lihat2 ya. Asal warnanya udah golden, langsung di angkat aja. Dinginkan dan langsung dimasukin ke wadah tertutup.biar tetep krispy.👌😊.
