Bahan-bahan Almond Crispy
- Diperlukan 2 butir of putih telur.
- Sediakan 60 gram of tepung terigu (me:kunci biru).
- Gunakan 1/4 sdt of vanila susu.
- Gunakan Sejumput of garam.
- Sediakan 60 gram of gula halus.
- Sediakan 45 gram of mentega yg sdh di lelehkan.
- Siapkan of Taburan :.
- Gunakan 50 gram of Slice Almond (me+keju boleh skip).
In a large bowl, cream the shortening, and sugar. Separate the eggs and refrigerate the whites. Mix in the egg yolks and almond extract. Dissolve the baking soda in the water, and stir into the mixture along with the milk.
Cara membuat Almond Crispy
- Kocok putih telur dan gula pasir hingga kaku.
- Ayak tepung terigu, vanila dan garam bersamaan, masukkan ke dalam adonan putih telur, aduk balik dgn spatula.
- Terakhir masukkan mentega cair, aduk balik dgn spatula.
- Ambil loyang yang sudah di alasi dgn kertas silpat(anti lengket), beri 1/4 sdm adonan, kemudian bentuk bulatan dgn punggung sendok, lakukan hingga loyang terisi penuh, taburi atasnya dgn slice Almond.
- Masukkan ke dlm oven yg sebelumnya sdh di panaskan dgn api sedang(me pake oven tangkring), panggang kurang lebih 15-20 menit hingga warna kuning kecoklatan.
- Jika sdh matang, angkat dan diamkan hingga dingin, segera masukkan ke dlm toples, karena kue mudah melempem.
